Overview
We are currently seeking a **Quantity Surveyor / Estimator** with proven experience in Fit-out and Marble works to join our team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE relevant experience in fit-out and marble projects
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQs, and project budgeting
- Experience in material take-offs and pricing for marble and interior works
- Ability to review drawings and prepare accurate estimates
- Good communication and coordination skills
Responsibilities
- Take quantities from drawings (BOQ – Bill of Quantities)
- Review drawings and specifications
- Calculate material quantities, labor requirements, and overall costs
- Prepare quotations and tender submissions
- Control and monitor project costs and variations
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
- Assist in contract administration and cost control
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
