Pre-Contract Duties
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Conduct quantity take-offs for infrastructure and utilities works
- Support tender analysis, bid evaluations, and procurement activities
- Assist in budget preparation and cost planning
- Identify commercial risks and recommend mitigation measures
Post-Contract Duties
- Administer contracts in accordance with FIDIC conditions
- Evaluate contractor interim payments and final accounts
- Assess and manage variations, claims, and contractual notices
- Monitor project costs, cash flow, and budget compliance
- Prepare commercial reports and cost forecasts
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients
- Support dispute resolution and contract close-out activities
