We are seeking a Saudi Quantity Surveyor Engineer with around 2 years of experience to join our team in Jeddah.
The candidate will support project estimation, quantity take-offs, and cost control activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all project stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and project documents
- Assist in cost estimation and BOQ preparation
- Review project drawings using AutoCAD
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for material quantification
- Monitor project costs and support in cost control activities
- Prepare reports related to quantities, variations, and project progress
- Support tendering and bidding processes
Requirements
- Saudi (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical or related)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or estimation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity take-off
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in construction / low current / MEP projects
- Familiarity with Excel
- Good communication skills in English & Arabic
