About the Role
AL MAJD INSULATION MATERIALS CO. LLC seeks a Quantity Surveyor Engineer to study drawings, prepare bills of quantities, estimate costs, and conduct site measurements for waterproofing projects in UAE.

Responsibilities
- Study client drawings for the Project (Structural and Architectural; Layout and Details)
- Preparation of Bill of quantities for waterproofing works as per Project Specifications
- Preparing Estimated quantities and cost of materials, equipment and labor to determine project feasibility
- Study and review all the Project Contract from Pre and Post Contract
- Taking all the actual measurements for all UAE projects of AMIM
- Arranging joint measurements with the Quantity Surveyor from the Main Contractor
- Bringing Approval for site measurements from the Client (Contractor)
- Follows up the Payment Certificate from the Contractor
- Prepare monthly progress Invoice along the Highlighted Drawing and approved MIR/WIR
- Prepares Shop Drawings, Slope Layout and all type required Drawings
- Updating daily material report and progress report
- Gather all Delivery note to match with the Actual Quantity
Requirements
- Experience in quantity surveying for construction projects
- Ability to study drawings and prepare bills of quantities

- Bringing Approval for site measurements from the Client (Contractor).
