RIMOND is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their Dubai-based Tender Team. The role involves analysing tender documentation, preparing cost estimates and quantity take-offs, and supporting bid processes for major construction projects in the GCC.

Responsibilities
- Analyse tender documentation (drawings, specifications, BOQs) and identify cost related risks and opportunities
- Prepare detailed quantity take offs and cost estimates for multi disciplinary construction projects
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and planning teams to gather relevant data and inputs
- Support pricing strategies and value engineering solutions to optimize competitiveness
- Participate in bid reviews, clarifications, and submission processes
- Maintain updated cost databases and support post tender negotiations when required
- Handling interim payments, variations, and claims for clients and subcontractors
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- At least 6 10 years of experience from the contractor side in the UAE or UAE+GCC (Mandatory)
- Both Pre & Post tender experience required (Mandatory)
- Experience in Tendering works, Pricing, Obtaining prices from the market for tender proposals
- Experience in post contract matters such as interim payments, variations, & claims
- Quantity Take Offs, BOQ preparation, and updated Pricing knowledge
- Experience with AutoCAD and Planswift

Job Overview
- We are looking for a talented and motivated Quantity Surveyor eager to grow within a dynamic and international fast paced environment.
- You will join our Dubai based Tender Team and contribute to the development of accurate cost estimates and quantity take offs in support of technical and commercial bids for major design & build and construction tenders in the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
