Responsibilities
- Calculate accurately the quantities of works being carried out on site by the Contractor or Subcontractor
- Check comprehensively the Monthly Payment Application and verify quantities, rates, percentage of completion, and final amount
- Compare quantities being carried out on site with quantities mentioned in the BOQ
- Calculate quantities of all materials being delivered to site and ensure compliance to specification including civil, finishing, and MEP materials
- Check and record machinery being utilized on site and relevant working hours along with quantities
- Verify number of manpower working on site including skilled and non skilled laborers
- Verify that works completed monthly comply with works included in the Monthly Invoice submitted by the Contractor
- Ensure all construction resources are recorded, monitored, checked, and maintained properly
- Prepare cost estimate for ongoing projects
- Report any change to delivered materials specification

- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related Engineering Field

Role and Responsibilities
- To calculate accurately the quantities of the works being carried out on site by the Contractor or Subcontractor.
- To check comprehensively the Monthly Payment Application and to verify the quantities, rates, the percentage of completion and the final amount.
- To compare the quantities being carried out on site with the quantities mentioned in the BOQ.
- To calculate the quantities of all materials being delivered to the site and to ensure the relevant compliance to the specification including the civil, finishing and MEP materials and to ensure the materials are fully utilized for the works and the relevant storage is established in an organized ma
- To check and record the machinery being utilized on site and the relevant working hours along with quantities.
- To verify the number of manpower working on site including the skilled and non skilled laborers, masons, carpenters, steel fitters, electricians, plumbers etc.
- To verify that the works being completed on monthly basis is complying with works included in the Monthly Invoice submitted by the Contractor.
- To ensure that all construction resources are recorded, monitored, checked and maintained properly without shifting them outside the site.
- Preparing the cost estimate for the ongoing projects.
- Any change to the delivered materials specification that could be observed is to be reported.
- All matters related to the quantity surveying works are to be handled adequately for the success of the projects.
Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related Engineering Field.
- Experience: 15 Years in Quantity Surveying Works.
