- Prepare landscape design drawings, master plans, detailed layouts, and technical specifications
- Develop innovative, sustainable, and cost effective design solutions for softscape and hardscape
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients to finalize design concepts
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material selection aligned with project budgets
- Oversee site implementation of approved landscape designs
- Supervise construction activities including hardscape, irrigation, and planting works
- Monitor contractor performance, quality of materials, and workmanship
- Prepare progress reports, site inspections, and snag lists
- Ensure timely project delivery within budget and quality standards
- Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for materials, plants, and equipment
Requirements
- Experience in landscape design, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation
- Ability to oversee site implementation of landscape designs
- Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and environmental sustainability practices
- Strong coordination and communication skills

Overview
- Responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the execution of landscape projects from concept to completion.
- The Landscape Engineer will ensure high quality design, effective implementation, and timely delivery of softscape and hardscape works in line with project requirements and industry standards.
Design Responsibilities
