- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
- Evaluate contractor quotations and variations
- Monitor project costs and budgets
- Handle progress billing and payment certifications
- Coordinate with project team, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Ensure cost control and compliance with project requirements
- Immediate joiner preferred
