Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience working in the UAE construction industry
- Minimum experience in façade and/or curtain wall projects is mandatory
- Strong expertise in project planning and production planning
- Solid background in project controls
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6, is highly preferred

Position Overview
- We are seeking a competent and detail oriented Planning Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This is a full time, on site role responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Responsibilities
- The Planning Engineer will prepare baseline schedules, track project progress, and conduct regular schedule updates and delay analyses.
- Working closely with project managers, site engineers, and production teams, the role involves identifying potential risks, evaluating project performance, and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain alignment with contractual milestones and overall project objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience working in the UAE construction industry is required.
- Minimum experience in façade and/or curtain wall projects is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in project planning and production planning, with the ability to manage complex schedules and resource optimization.
- Solid background in project controls, ensuring alignment with scope, cost, and time objectives.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and implement corrective actions.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with teams and client.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6, is highly preferred.
