- Solid understanding of construction or infrastructure project finance, contracts, and pricing methodologies
- Relevant academic background in Quantity Surveying, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and communicate clearly with cross functional teams
- Familiarity with UAE market practices, local regulations, and industry standards is an advantage

Role Description
- The Quantity Surveyor role at Accounting & Finance Job Guide UAE is a part time hybrid position based in Dubai, with the flexibility to complete some tasks from home.
- The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), supporting cost planning activities for projects, and monitoring budget performance.
- Day to day tasks include cost control, cost management, and cost reporting, as well as collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
