Overview
We are seeking a skilled **Quantity Surveyor (Estimation)** with experience in **survey engineering and geomatics-related scopes**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and proposals for land surveying, topographic surveys, route alignment surveys, setting-out works, and other geospatial field services.
Job Description
- Prepare **cost estimates**, BOQs, and cost breakdowns for survey engineering projects.
- Analyze survey drawings, GIS data, scope descriptions, and technical specifications.
- Perform **quantity take-offs** for survey-related activities (field crews, equipment, travel, processing time).
- Prepare and submit **commercial proposals**, tender documents, and pricing sheets.
- Coordinate with survey engineers, field teams, and project managers for accurate scoping.
