About the Role

Responsibilities
- Understanding client requirements and quantities take off as per drawings
- Identifying gaps between BOQ and drawings, specifications and conditions of contract
- Participation in pre tendering activities with client, architect and project managers
- Preparing and analyzing costing for estimation, quantity take off for lump sum and re measured tenders
- Review of tender drawings and take off marble detail for pricing
- Analyzing completed work and arranging payment certificates to subcontractors
- Valuations including value engineering and management
- Writing reports and preparing documents related to costing and budget
- Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports
- Preparation of contracts including details regarding quantities of required materials
- Preparing and submitting final accounts
- Preparing interim and final valuations, variations and claims of the construction site
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 2 3 years experience as Quantity Surveyor
- Experience with AutoCAD and validating quantities from drawings
- Experience on various construction projects including residential and commercial
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying
- Familiarity with contract law and construction contracts
- Attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Understanding the client requirements and quantities take off as per drawings.

- Participation in the pre tendering activities with client, architect and project managers and raising relevant pre bid queries from the given tender.
- Preparing and analyzing costing for estimation, quantity take off for lump sum and re measured tenders.

- Analyzing completed work and arranging payment certificates to subcontractors.

Qualifications
