Quantity Surveyor (Contract)

You’ll be a key member of the project delivery team, supporting and leading commercial activities across the project lifecycle.

This will include:

Managing subcontractor packages from contract award through to final account

Leading on variations and claims, including pricing, negotiation and close-out

Preparing and submitting accurate applications for payment with supporting evidence

Overseeing cash flow, forecasting and cost reporting to support project performance

Identifying and managing commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle

Supporting operational teams with progress monitoring, cost control and value recovery

Ensuring contracts are administered in line with NEC4 (Option E experience advantageous)

Guiding stakeholders on contract interpretation and best practice

Driving strong commercial governance aligned to company and client requirements

Contributing to safety and quality initiatives, working closely with suppliers and contractors

Building strong client relationships through professional delivery and high-quality service
