- Post Contract Commercial Contract Administration including re measurement, interim and final account payment application assessments
- Prepare Monthly Cost Reports
- Manage variations, contractors claims, Provisional Sums, Prime Costs, Nominated Sub Contractors
- Manage insurances and bonds
- Attend design and commercial meetings
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university
- Minimum 5 years post degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management
- Experience in high rise office or residential sectors
- Consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years
- Knowledge of QS software Cost X or similar
- Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proven English language technical writing ability

About you
- Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised university.
- Min 5 years post degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
- Experience in one of the following key sectors: High rise office or residential
- Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years.
- Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
