Responsibilities
- Read, understand, and explain drawings.
- Measure and value work completed on site.
- Prepare client bills, coordinate with the client representative, and verify bills.
- Prepare subcontractor bills weekly.
- Liaise with clients and construction professionals, including site managers, project managers, and site engineers.
- Prepare budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
- Prepare bar bending schedules.
Requirements
- B.Tech or B.E. graduate degree in civil engineering.
- At least five years of experience as a quantity surveyor in building construction.
- Adequate computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work on sites for bill preparation.
Compensation
- Pay ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person and involves construction-site work.
