Job Details
This is a Junior Quantity Surveyor role in the Estimation, Costing, and QS department.
The role supports civil construction and interior fit-out projects in and around Malappuram, Kerala.
The position reports to the Senior Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager and is full-time.
Construction Civil Scope
- Prepare BOQs for excavation, RCC, brickwork, plastering, and waterproofing.
- Take off quantities from structural and architectural drawings.
- Verify site-executed quantities against BOQs and support RA bills and measurement books.
Interior Fit-out Scope
- Prepare BOQs for false ceilings, partitions, flooring, painting, polishing, modular furniture, joinery, and carpentry.
- Take off quantities for MEP-related interior items in coordination with the MEP team.
- Prepare BOQs for loose furniture, fixtures, and fittings when required.
- Assist with vendor comparisons for laminates, veneers, hardware, and lighting.
