- Strong experience in Estimation
- Strong understanding of joinery, carpentry, and MEP elements within fit out scope
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS related software
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
