Position Overview
The position is Quantity Surveyor.
The stated minimum experience is three or more years.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule project activities.
- Prepare BOQs from drawings and project requirements.
- Prepare client bills and labour bills.
- Verify site measurements and executed quantities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
- Prepare daily labour reports and daily progress reports.
- Prepare and maintain material reconciliation statements.
- Track material consumption and project quantities.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, clients, and project teams.
- Maintain records of measurements, bills, quantities, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and support cost and quantity control.
Qualifications and Experience
- A diploma or BE qualification with a civil engineering background is required.
- Three years of quantity surveying experience is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per month.
Workplace
- The role is performed in person at the work location.
