Join RIMOND's Dubai-based Tender Team as a Quantity Surveyor.

Support accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs for technical and commercial bids.

Work on major design and build and construction tenders across the GCC region.

Analyze tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify cost-related risks and opportunities.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for multidisciplinary construction projects.
Collaborate with design, procurement, and planning teams to gather data and inputs.
Support pricing strategies and value engineering solutions.
Participate in bid reviews, clarifications, and submissions.
Maintain updated cost databases and support post-tender negotiations when required.
Handle interim payments, variations, and claims for clients and subcontractors.

Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
10–15 years of contractor-side experience in the UAE or UAE/GCC is mandatory.
Both pre-tender and post-tender experience is mandatory.
Experience in tendering, pricing, and obtaining market prices for tender proposals.
Experience with post-contract matters, including interim payments, variations, and claims.
Experience with quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and updated pricing knowledge.
Experience with AutoCAD and Planswift.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
