Job Summary
Barbrik Project Limited is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Highway Projects) to join our team for highway/road projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in quantity surveying, project billing, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, quantity reconciliation, and subcontractor billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for highway and road projects.
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, client bills, and final bills.
- Conduct rate analysis and cost estimation.
- Monitor project quantities, costs, and budgets.
- Track daily project progress and prepare quantity reconciliation statements.
- Verify measurements and quantities as per drawings and site execution.
- Coordinate with site engineers, planning teams, consultants, and clients.
