Core responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Estimate project costs, material quantities, and labour requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, site engineers, vendors, and contractors.
- Verify measurements, prepare rate analyses, and monitor project budgets.
- Evaluate contractor bills, client invoices, and variation orders.
- Track project costs and maintain cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- At least 2 years of relevant quantity surveying experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and BOQ preparation.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, estimation, and billing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferences
- Candidates currently residing in Bengaluru are preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month.
