Quantity Survey Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, project estimates, and rate analyses from drawings and site requirements.
• Conduct site measurements and verify actual executed quantities.
• Check contractor and subcontractor bills, RA bills, and work completion documents.
• Monitor project quantities, costs, budgets, and variations and highlight deviations.
• Prepare material reconciliation and monitor consumption, wastage, and material losses.
• Identify and control cost leakages, excess quantities, and unauthorized works.
• Prepare weekly and monthly QS, cost-control, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with Projects, Execution, Procurement, Stores, Finance, Sales, and contractors.
• Maintain accurate project quantity, billing, and commercial documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Two to four years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, estimation, billing, or project commercial roles.
• Experience in painting, waterproofing, civil, flooring, construction, or building-material projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, measurement, rate analysis, contractor billing, and cost control.
• Excellent MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or quantity estimation software is preferred.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and commercial skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel or work at project sites as required by the business.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month.
