- Mentor junior traders and support their professional growth (senior hires)
- Ensure full compliance with UAE financial regulations, exchange rules, and company policies
Requirements
- Experience in financial markets with a focus on equities
- Sell side or buy side execution experience preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field
- Proficiency in Bloomberg, Refinitiv etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to make quick decisions in high pressure environments

The Opportunity

- The firm is seeking to hire a senior trader who can lead and mentor, as well as a less experienced trader with the right aptitude and potential.
