Responsibilities
- Lead quantitative studies independently through the entire project lifecycle from inception to final delivery
- Optimize survey design, sampling strategies, and methodology selection
- Oversee data management and statistical analysis
- Design, build, and maintain dynamic data dashboards for client access to key metrics and findings
- Interpret complex findings to develop clear, impactful reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations
- Supervise and mentor junior researchers
- Coordinate with field and operations teams to maintain quality control
- Partner with qualitative and consultancy teams to integrate insights and contribute to proposal development
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Marketing Research, Data Science, Economics, or related field
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in marketing and customer insights research (preferably consultancy or agency environment)
- Deep expertise in survey design, sampling techniques, and quantitative methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multifaceted projects through full cycle
- Strong quantitative foundation with advanced skills in statistical analysis
- High competence in statistical and analytics software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, Advanced Excel)
- Advanced proficiency in designing, building, and deploying interactive dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Role Description
- Full time, on site position based in Jeddah with travel within Saudi Arabia for fieldwork and client engagements.
