Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources
- Develop quantitative models to evaluate trends, identify patterns, and support strategic decision making
- Conduct statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling using appropriate methodologies
- Design, implement, and maintain analytical frameworks for research projects
- Build forecasting models and evaluate model performance through backtesting and validation techniques
- Prepare research reports, visualizations, and presentations that communicate analytical findings effectively
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into quantitative research initiatives
- Monitor market, financial, and economic data to identify emerging trends and opportunities

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity throughout the research process

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
- Strong knowledge of probability, statistics, linear algebra, and quantitative analysis techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, MATLAB, or similar analytical tools
- Familiarity with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, machine learning, and data visualization techniques
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets efficiently using modern analytical software
- Understanding of research methodology, experimental design, and model validation principles
- Knowledge of database concepts and data management practices
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and critical reasoning skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high quality analytical results
- Ability to communicate complex quantitative concepts clearly to both technical and non technical audiences
- Proficiency with spreadsheet applications and data visualization platforms
