The Quantitative Developer will develop, optimize, and maintain trading and research infrastructure.

The role centers on a high-performance simulator, alignment between production and simulation, and software infrastructure for research and trading.

Build, optimize, and maintain the firm's C++ simulation environment and trading infrastructure.
Create and maintain software infrastructure supporting research and trading teams.
Ensure simulation models remain consistent and aligned with live production trading systems.
Work with quantitative researchers to integrate research models into trading infrastructure.
Improve C++ code efficiency and scalability through ongoing experimentation.
Identify performance bottlenecks and improve latency and throughput.
Stay current with C++ development techniques and tools.
