Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve trading tools, dashboards, and analytics to support real time decision making by traders
- Assist traders in the design, testing, and implementation of algorithmic trading strategies for ETF market making
- Develop robust frameworks to test trading strategies under various market conditions
- Process and analyze large financial datasets to identify signals, improve strategy performance, and support trading decisions
- Design and implement scalable and low latency systems for real time data ingestion, processing, and execution
- Monitor, refine, and enhance existing trading algorithms to improve efficiency and reliability
- Work directly with traders and quants to translate trading needs into technical solutions
- Stay current with industry trends, market microstructure, and technology relevant to electronic trading
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in software engineering, quantitative development, or related technical fields
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Rust, with emphasis on performance and data handling
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and optimization techniques
- Proven experience with large datasets, databases, and distributed computing systems
- Experience designing and implementing real time, fault tolerant, and scalable systems
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Master's degree required

- We are seeking a talented and motivated Quantitative Developer to join our ETF market making team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve trading tools, dashboards, and analytics to support real time decision making by traders.
