Role Description
Develop data-driven models, conduct quantitative research, and generate actionable insights for business and investment decisions.
Work with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and improve analytical frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets.
- Develop statistical and mathematical models and identify patterns, trends, and relationships in complex data.
- Design and test analytical methodologies and evaluate model performance.
- Translate research findings into clear and practical recommendations.
- Build automated research tools and conduct back-testing and scenario analysis.
- Validate assumptions and monitor model performance.
- Document research methodologies clearly and stay informed about relevant quantitative techniques and market developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Strong foundation in statistics, probability, mathematical modeling, and quantitative analysis.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, MATLAB, or similar quantitative programming languages.
- Experience working with large datasets and data analysis tools.
