Requirements

- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, MATLAB, or similar programming and analytical tools
- Knowledge of predictive modeling, machine learning concepts, optimization techniques, and data mining methodologies
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms
- Ability to collect, clean, validate, and analyze large, structured, and unstructured datasets
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality, model accuracy, and analytical integrity
- Ability to design, validate, and improve quantitative models and analytical frameworks

Role Description
- We are seeking a Quant Research Analyst to conduct quantitative research, develop analytical models, and generate data driven insights that support business, financial, and strategic decision making.
- In this role, you will analyze large and complex datasets, apply statistical and mathematical techniques, and evaluate quantitative methodologies to identify trends, assess risks, and improve forecasting accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Designing and conducting quantitative research, building predictive and statistical models, validating analytical results, and preparing comprehensive reports and presentations.
- Performing data collection, cleaning, and analysis, testing research hypotheses, evaluating model performance, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to support research initiatives, improve analytical frameworks, optimize data processing methodologies, and develop scalable quantitative solutions.
- Monitoring industry developments, evaluating emerging analytical techniques, maintaining research documentation, and contributing to continuous improvements in quantitative research processes.
Qualifications
