Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing training for housemaids in cleaning, babysitting, elderly care, and safe use of appliances
- Provide basic communication training (English/Arabic)
- Educate housemaids on UAE culture, behavior, and workplace expectations
- Assess housemaids before deployment to customers
- Ensure proper matching based on customer requirements
- Monitor performance and maintain quality records
- Act as main point of contact for resolving issues between customers and housemaids
- Handle complaints related to performance, behavior, or communication
- Investigate complaints and provide corrective guidance
- Maintain records of training, performance, and complaints
- Prepare regular reports for management
- Identify recurring issues and improve training programs accordingly
Requirements
- Minimum 1 3 years of experience in Tadbeer or domestic worker services
- Experience in training, quality assurance, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle conflict and resolve issues professionally
- Good knowledge of UAE culture and domestic worker expectations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
- Fluency in Arabic and English mandatory
- Female below 35 years old
- Arabic nationality only

Job Summary
- We are seeking a qualified Quality Trainer – Domestic Workers to train, assess, and monitor housemaids to ensure high service standards.
- The role involves coordinating between customers and housemaids, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with MOHRE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing training for housemaids in cleaning standards, hygiene, babysitting, elderly care, and safe use of appliances.
- Provide basic communication training (English/Arabic).
- Educate housemaids on UAE culture, behavior, and workplace expectations.
- Assess housemaids before deployment to customers.
- Ensure proper matching based on customer requirements.
- Monitor performance and maintain quality records.
- Conduct refresher training where required.
- Act as main point of contact for resolving issues between customers and housemaids.
- Handle complaints related to performance, behavior, or communication.
- Investigate complaints and provide corrective guidance.
