Quality Technician

Lantic is currently recruiting for the permanent position of Quality Technician based at our Vancouver Refinery. This position performs a variety of functions including sample collection of in-process and final products, chemical, physical and microbial analysis, environmental sampling and testing, and Certificates of Analysis generation to ensure products meet established quality, food safety, customer and regulatory requirements.

The position also supports the facility’s Quality and Food Safety Management system through non-conformance investigations, product hold activities, participating in the HACCP program, data analysis, and reporting.

The successful candidate is a safety-conscious, detail-oriented, self-motivated team member who can work independently while collaborating effectively with Production, Maintenance, Shipping, Warehouse, and other departments.
