Precision is seeking a Quality Technician to support product quality through packaging operations in Riyadh. The role involves quality planning, control, and improvement activities including audits, supplier coordination, and process standardization.

Responsibilities
- Support in standardizing processes through creation of work instructions, test methods, product specifications, and qualification plans.
- Understand BRCGS and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standard requirements and support implementation.
- Perform internal audits as per audit schedule and follow up on CAPA.
- Review supplier performance on monthly basis and communicate with supplier.
- Coordinate with suppliers on quality concerns and CAPA.
- Record customer complaints and coordinate with inter departments in analyzing RCA and taking necessary CAPA.
- Monitor calibration status of equipment and coordinate required calibration activities.
- Perform incoming material inspection and update records in the system.
- Prepare COA for every batch before shipping.
- Conduct evaluation of machine capability studies and maintain records.
Requirements
- Diploma in engineering preferably Chemical
- 0 1 years of experience in Packaging / Manufacturing processes and technologies
- Knowledge in process improvement initiatives using latest technology, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs
- Knowledge of Quality systems and procedures
- Analytical and data interrogation skills
- Problem solving capability

Job Content
- Incumbent will support in the development of new processes and maintenance & implementation of existing processes to ensure product quality is achieved through the packaging operations.
Functional Responsibilities Quality Planning
- Supports in standardizing processes through creation of work instructions, Test methods, Product specifications, Qualification plans.
- Understand BRCGS and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standard requirements and supports in implementation.
- As a member of Food Safety team, involve in updating Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment.
- Review supplier performance on monthly basis, communicate with supplier.
- Coordinate with suppliers on quality concerns and CAPA.
- Performs internal audits as per audit schedule and follow up on CAPA.
- On regular basis review latest product specifications and update required changes.
- On quarterly basis review and update mold & product health report.
- Records customer complaints and coordinates with inter departments in analyzing RCA and taking necessary CAPA.
- On monthly basis provide lab measuring equipment’s health report.
- Monitor calibration status of equipment and coordinate required calibration activities.
- Monitor and perform required migration reports and microbiological tests.
Functional Responsibilities Quality Control
- Involves in product or raw material approval processes with suppliers.
- Performs Incoming material inspection and updating records in the system.
- Perform inspection on approved product as per quality plan and prepare inspection report.
- Prepare COA for every batch before shipping the item.
- Perform adhoc product inspections as instructed.
- Record all incidents and follow up on CAPA.
- Perform periodic microbiological swab tests on identified areas.
- Conducts evaluation of machine capability studies and maintains records.
Functional Responsibilities Quality Improvements
- Supports ongoing quality reviews of the final product.
- Participates in project meetings and shares reports on quality related items.
- Monitor and report regular updates on process development/improvements.
- Maintain log for Major changes that would affect product or process quality.
- Provides training to operation team on selected topics.
- Support operations team to explore improvement options using lean and Six Sigma approaches.
- Define, develop and publish business improvement process documentation.
Other Responsibilities
- Attend and participate in meetings, planning, operational review, training.
- Ensure compliance to Safety, Quality, Food Safety and Environment requirements.
- Ensure project documents and records are up to date and traceability is upheld.
- Actively monitors industry trends, equipment and process innovations.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in trade shows and educational opportunities.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Requirements
- Education/ Qualifications: Diploma in engineering preferably Chemical.
- Experience: 0 1 years of experience in Packaging / Manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Functional Skills: Knowledge in process improvement initiatives using latest technology, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs.
- Knowledge of Quality systems and procedures.
