About the Role

- Monitor compliance with quality and food safety standards throughout operations
- Verify and record critical control points (storage, refrigeration, freezing, and cooking temperatures)
- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and 5S practices
- Conduct routine inspections, identify non conformities, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with local municipality food safety regulations
- Support shift handovers with proper documentation
- Provide on the job guidance and basic food safety training to staff
- Submit daily reports highlighting key observations and corrective actions
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Food Safety, preferably in catering, restaurants, or food manufacturing
- Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety management systems
- Familiarity with local food safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Purpose
