Job Title: Quality Supervisor Location: Newark, CA Department: Quality Assurance Engineering

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for leading the quality assurance and control functions within an EMS environment, ensuring that electronic assemblies comply with IPC standards and customer specifications.

This role supervises quality inspectors, enforces quality policies, drives Root Cause Analysis, and promotes continuous improvement initiatives.

Reports to Sr Manager, QE and QA Newark, CA.

• Supervise daily activities of the quality inspection team across Incoming Inspection, SMT, through-hole, final assembly, and test processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IPC standards (IPC-A-600, J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, IPC-7711-7721) and customer-specific requirements.
