• Assign and oversee inspection activities for incoming raw materials and components.
• Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to incoming inspection.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, and safety requirements.

• Monitor and validate the quality of raw materials, semi-finished s, and consumables.
• Must learn and understand how to use the measurement systems.
• Provide technical training to operators for correct use of measurement equipment.
• Need to evaluate operators based on the required criteria. If someone lacks the expected expertise, a plan should be put in place to help someone improve.
• Monitor maintenance status of inspection equipment.
• Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate repair per maintenance guidelines.
• Ensure equipment operation manuals are updated and accessible.
• Monitor and support inspection room environment improvement on light of 3R (Right material, Right quantity, Right position) and 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain)
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) requirements.
• Enhance employees’ safety awareness through regular safety training.
• The role also requires physical oversight of seven laboratories distributed across three buildings, which makes the management area extensive.
• Manage inventory of consumables required for incoming inspections.
• Optimize material usage and reduce waste through effective inventory control.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.
- Experience in battery, automotive, or electronic component manufacturing.
- Familiarity with ISO9001/IATF16949 quality systems.
- Experience with MES, QMS, and SPC tools.
- Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Office Environment: Must wear company-provided uniforms.
• Production Site: Must wear company-provided uniform and PPE including safety shoes, helmet, safety glasses, and portable gas measuring device.

• Risks include noise (above 90 dB in compressor room), high temperatures (104–122°F in various rooms), and potential exposure to hazardous materials (e.g., heating medium oil, NMP, water treatment chemicals)
