Develop, implement and maintain a structured UK & Ireland Quality Assurance programme aligned with Unifi, airline customer and regulatory requirements.
Establish and manage a risk-based programme of audits, inspections, observations, active monitoring and covert testing to provide assurance that operational standards are being consistently applied.
Conduct station, customer and process audits to identify deficiencies, control weaknesses and emerging risks.
Ensure audit findings are supported by appropriate root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions, clearly defined ownership and evidence-based closure.
Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and verify that improvements remain embedded within the operation.
Identify operational trends and recurring issues through analysis of audits, incidents, customer feedback and performance data.
Provide clear recommendations to senior leadership where systemic issues or business risks are identified.
Support the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System and associated governance processes.
Support the implementation and ongoing assurance of aviation security requirements across Unifi UK & Ireland operations.
Ensure operational security processes remain aligned with applicable regulatory, airport and airline customer requirements.
Conduct aviation security audits, inspections and assurance activities across relevant operations.
Provide oversight of Secure Aircraft Cleaning/Search processes, access control requirements and other security-sensitive activities where applicable.
Monitor security training and competency requirements and ensure appropriate records and assurance are maintained.
Support governance around CTC clearance, security training and operational deployment to ensure colleagues are not authorised to undertake security-related duties before all required clearance, training and competency requirements are complete.
Support investigation and management of aviation security incidents, breaches, audit findings and regulatory concerns.
Work closely with airport authorities, airline customers and regulatory stakeholders where required.
