Quality Operations Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

• Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or mission-critical systems.
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CMMI, CMMC, DoD, or customer quality requirements.
• Experience with root cause analysis tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, or fault tree analysis.
• Experience using quality management systems, ERP/MRP systems, or audit management platforms.
• Knowledge of risk management, supplier quality, configuration management, or product assurance.
• Able to be a ‘culture carrier’ for PeopleTec’s People First culture
• 15+ years experience in an engineering or software development environment
