Quality and Clinical Compliance

  • Ensure clinical processes comply with SHCC policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure processes contributing to SHCC personnel performance are conducted properly.
  • Prepare facility audit documentation.
  • Evaluate quality of care, incidents, queries, and complaints.
  • Prepare quality reports, including education, fire drill, KPI, staff satisfaction, and patient satisfaction reports.
  • Review incident logs, complaint registration sheets, and required log sheet usage.
  • Lead performance improvement projects.
  • Prepare and review minutes of committee meetings.
  • Monitor office posters, policy and procedure validity, and staff compliance.

Regulatory and Data Reporting

  • Prepare materials for submission to regulatory agencies as KPI Reporting Officer.
  • Lead and validate KPI data in Excel.
  • Extract Functional Ambulation Classification data from the EMR and verify improvement for physiotherapy patients.
  • Print documents for Director signature and submit materials through the DOH online portal.

Audits and Claims

  • Ensure facility and system audits are conducted quarterly.
  • Prepare internal audit reports, internal audit claims, and medical records quality checks.
  • Check and validate claims before submission to the coder.
  • Conduct nursing EMR audits.

Patient Visits and Safety Materials

  • Conduct surprise patient visits with the medical team.
  • Prepare and collect Material Safety Data Sheets.

Supplies and Equipment

  • Prepare lists of supplies to be purchased.
  • Distribute requested medical supplies to staff each month.
  • Maintain office inventories of medical supplies.
  • Ensure SHCC medical equipment is calibrated every six months.
  • Distribute SHCC medical bags and monitor monthly collection of nursing bag inventory forms.

Compensation

  • Pay starts at AED 7,000 per month.

  • Work location is in person.

Requirements

  • Ability to monitor clinical processes for compliance with facility policies and guidelines.
  • Capability to prepare, validate, and report KPI data using Excel.
  • Capability to conduct facility, system, claims, medical records, and nursing EMR audits.
  • Ability to review incidents, complaints, patient satisfaction data, and quality reports.
  • Ability to prepare regulatory materials and submit information through the DOH online portal.
  • Ability to validate healthcare claims before coder submission.
  • Ability to manage medical supplies, inventories, and staff distribution records.
  • Ability to track medical equipment calibration and nursing bag inventories.
