Quality Manager

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quality Manager on major infrastructure or construction projects

Demonstrated experience implementing and managing project quality management systems from mobilisation through delivery

Lead Auditor qualification in ISO 9001, with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 qualifications highly regarded

Strong understanding of ISO 9001 requirements and quality compliance frameworks within New South Wales infrastructure delivery environments

Experience working with Transport for NSW specifications, quality requirements and assurance processes

Proven experience managing internal, external and client audits

Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills

Demonstrated ability to influence project teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Strong problem-solving capability with a focus on risk management and operational excellence
