Quality Manager - Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team of inspectors, CMM programmers, and quality engineers
• Act as management representative, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System in compliance with the AS9100 standard and ISO9001 standard
• Develop, coordinate, and maintain organizational awareness and training on the Quality Management System
• Direct internal audit processes, facilitate certification, customer, and other quality audits
• Evaluate customer returns, drive dispositions, and assure resolution, Interface with customers on quality issues and resolution

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with experience in process optimization and new product introduction preferred.
• 3 or more years of experience working within AS or ISO quality management systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in communicating with suppliers and customers for corrective actions and reviews.
• Direct experience as QMS auditor
