Role Overview
The Quality Manager is primarily responsible for documentation, policies, and procedures related to health, safety, and quality.
This role involves supporting the operations team and other departments to ensure that quality processes and documentation comply with regulatory requirements and company-specific standards.
Roles & Responsibilities Develops and implements strategies for optimizing HSE quality performance to align with SANAD’s operational goals.
Ensures alignment of departmental documentation with corporate quality standards.
Collaborates with senior management to plan and execute HSE quality initiatives that drive operational efficiency and performance in compliance with ISO standards.
Manages documentation, policies, and procedures related to health, safety, and quality.
Supports the operations team and other departments to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
Consolidates and submits weekly, monthly, and quarterly QHSE performance reports.
Tracks open items (e.g., NCRs, audit findings) and ensures follow-ups are completed.
Ensures that all HSE quality control tools, checklists, and templates are up to date and standardized.
Coordinates with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely data collection and submissions.
Provides quality process guidance to QHSE staff and ensures compliance with documentation procedures.
Supports knowledge sharing within the QHSE team related to process adherence and documentation accuracy.
Identifies inefficiencies in HSE quality operations processes and recommends improvements.
Analyzes recurring documentation issues or reporting delays and proposes preventive actions.
Implements best practices for quality management to enhance efficiency.
Monitors closure status of audit and inspection findings.
Office-based role with potential site visits for quality audits or training sessions.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Experience & Qualification Minimum 5 years of experience in QHSE or quality roles within industrial or oil & gas settings.
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge & Skills: Strong understanding of HSE quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
