Role Overview
Improve the company’s quality systems through internal audits, process improvement programs, and partner feedback.
Lead renovation and fit-out project delivery from planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and coordinate renovation and fit-out projects from start to completion.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Coordinate civil, MEP, architectural, and finishing works.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and authorities.
- Review drawings, BOQs, quotations, material submissions, and work schedules.
- Identify site issues and provide effective technical solutions.
- Prepare progress reports, snag lists, and project documentation.
- Ensure proper handover and completion of the project.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in renovation, fit-out, or construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of civil, MEP, fit-out, and finishing works.
- Proven ability to manage contractors, subcontractors, timelines, budgets, and quality.
- Good understanding of Dubai authority requirements, permits, HSE, and construction standards.
