Role Description
The Owner of Khan Studio oversees creative direction, operational management, and strategic development of the platform.
This is a part-time remote role focused on coordinating artists, planning recording sessions, and maintaining a high-quality production environment.
The role balances artistic vision with practical decision-making to sustain and grow the studio’s impact.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate artist collaborations and plan recording sessions.
- Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and make business decisions.
- Supervise marketing initiatives, guide brand positioning, and oversee content release schedules.
- Maintain relationships with artists, partners, and vendors.
- Monitor audience engagement and feedback.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in music production, artist management, or creative studio operations.
