ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist with inspection of jobs from presses, laminator, and slitter to confirm colors, adhesives, bonding, film size, thickness, and other parameters meet customer specifications.
- Assist in evaluating product quality to ensure compliance with both customer requirements and company quality standards.
- Assist in notifying appropriate personnel when inspection data exceeds acceptable limits or when significant quality issues are identified; support implementation of corrective actions.
- Assist in verifying that UPC codes are readable and compliant.
- Assist in organizing, maintaining, and completing all required documentation and records, including Certificates of Analysis, related to product quality and production jobs.
- Follow all cleanup and housekeeping procedures; comply with all quality, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Organize and maintain the sample program and sample inventory.
