The Quality Inspector role is responsible for performing inspection to all products and ensure they meet the quality standards per customer requirement before they are delivered.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Approves incoming or outgoing metal materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
examining and measuring parts to confirm dimensional compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
Experience with inspection tools: pins & block gauge, micrometers, Height gauge, Optic comparator, and calipers
Identify, report, and create any non-conforming parts or discrepancies in measurements.
A strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) and AS9102 inspection report
Experience with Discus software.
1-2 years experienced with Faro Arm or Leica.
Experience with MRP/ERP systems and an understanding of how the system works.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
