- Ensure all repaired and manufactured components meet customer specifications, quality standards, and applicable procedures through setup, in-process, and final inspections.
- Maintain compliance with NOV policies, HSE requirements, and the Tuboscope Threading Quality Manual.
- Verify product quality by inspecting parts, auditing operator inspections, and confirming adherence to quality system, licensing agency, and customer requirements.
- Support the Quality Management System by completing inspection reports, documenting non-conformances, and communicating quality issues to management.
- Ensure production documentation is accurate and complete by auditing facility paperwork and supporting quality documentation requirements.
- Perform acceptance inspections of purchased materials and manage customer authorizations for proprietary items to ensure only conforming materials enter production
