Inspects the installation and operation of aircraft seats and other related equipment
Inspects work areas and practices to detect potential unsafe conditions.
Read and understand the applicable technical information from Work Instructions, Drawings, Standards and Specifications.
Use of inspection tools and test equipment's applicable to the activity.
Perform necessary work registers as requested by production and quality documents
Prepare technical reports of quality deviations for engineering analysis.
Performing dimensional and visual inspections
Reviewing documentation
Maintaining electronic inspection document files
Performing dimensional inspections to drawings, including filling out First Article Inspection Reports and Non-Conformance Reports.
Performing aesthetic visual inspections according to customer specifications, including completing detailed squawk reports in PowerPoint.
Interaction with multiple department employees and management to discuss quality findings and issues.
