About the Role
Freudenberg Flow Technologies is seeking a Quality Inspector in Dubai to ensure components meet specifications. The role involves measuring, inspecting, and documenting results, as well as performing receiving and final inspection tasks.

Responsibilities
- Ensure all components which require Quality Control validation through measuring are within specifications noted on Drawings, BOMs, Work Orders and Customer Purchase Orders
- Document results of measurements during validation using internal dimensional inspection form and acceptable measuring devices
- Comprehend drawing dimensions and tolerance levels
- Perform receiving inspection tasks
- Generate Nonconformance Material Reports
- Perform final inspection of product according with AQL Sampling Table
- Verify all traceability is to customer, industry and FFL requirements
- Verify that all operations and inspection steps have been completed in accordance with the instructions on the Work Order and/or other customer specifications
- Sign and date all associated areas within the internal Work Order process
- Upload documents into customer portals as required
- Assist in other Quality departments as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 year hands on inspection experience in measurement and visual inspection areas preferred
- Experience in measuring devices (Vernier, dial and digital calipers, micrometers, steel rules, pin, radius, angle and thread gages, height gages, surface plate, laser mics, vision equipment, force gage, etc.)
- Ability to read and decipher engineering blueprints and CAD drawings
- Knowledge and understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) drawings
- Ability to function in a production environment while performing computer and documentation tasks
- Experience working within a quality system, ISO 9001 or API quality system
- Proficient with personal computer filing systems and Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 year hands on inspection experience in measurement and visual inspection areas preferred.
- Experience in measuring devices (i.e., Vernier, dial and digital calipers, micrometers, steel rules, pin, radius, angle and thread gages, height gages, surface plate, laser mics, vision equipment, force gage, etc.) to check and verify product conforms to customer and company standards before release
- Ability to read and decipher engineering blueprints and CAD drawings
