This role focuses on integrating cutting-edge testing tools and methodologies to enhance product quality. The position requires providing visionary leadership to guide quality engineering strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering innovation within the team. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards in testing practices is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in testing processes and methodologies. - Mentor junior team members to build their expertise and support their professional growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality engineering practices. - Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting new testing technologies and tools. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and best practices. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable testing architectures. - Ability to lead technical discussions and provide strategic direction in quality engineering. - Familiarity with automation frameworks and continuous integration pipelines. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
