Quality Engineer

Within 30 days, achieve a baseline understanding of NuWaves' product and project requirements, Quality Management System, and current and future state initiatives.

Within 60 days, be able to lead Corrective Action, Nonconforming Material, and Return Material nvestigations related to specific projects independently.

Within 3 months, be able to produce First Article Inspection Reports in compliance to AS9102.

Within 3 months, be able to contribute to Supplier Data Requirements Lists (SDRLs) and other customer deliverable reports.

Within 6 months, be able to manage documentation control throughout NuWaves' processes to ensure compliance to internal and external requirements.

Within 6 months, be able to perform internal quality audits and supplier quality audits to AS9100D.

Within 6 months, be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on design reviews, process validation, and risk assessments (PFMEA, control plans, PPAPs, etc.)

Typical Education and Experience: 2-5 years of work experience in a quality role in RF, Microwave, or complex assembly environment.

Salary: $70K - $100K annually
